Terms and conditions for free gift cards and promotions

As part of the YouScience Brightpath Demo Days 2023 marketing campaign, YouScience is offering a $15 Amazon gift card for each potential YouScience customer who completes a 60 minute demonstration with one of our representatives by midnight MST June 30, 2023. Demonstrations are approximately 60 minutes.  The terms and conditions below govern the promotional gift card offering.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute:
 

  • Qualifying for the gift card requires fulfillment of certain criteria such as completing up to a 60-minute demonstration of one or more YouScience products by a YouScience representative by midnight MST June 30, 2023. 
  • The gift card promotion is valid only during the YouScience Brightpath Demo Days 2023 campaign and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one free gift card per person and per address is available for the duration of the promotion.
  • The gift card provided will be an Amazon gift card valued at $15 USD. It is at the sole discretion of YouScience to change the gift card vendor at any time and for any reason.
  • Gift cards will be emailed within one month of completing all campaign criteria, including completing up to a 60-minute demonstration of one of one or more YouScience products.  
  • In the event of any disparity and dispute over any issue related to the YouScience Brightpath Demo Days 2023 campaign, the final decision will always be YouScience’s prerogative.
  • All free gift cards provided with any marketing campaigns are on a first come, first serve basis, while stock lasts. YouScience reserves the right to close the campaign down early if needed, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
  • The free gift card/promotion for the YouScience Brightpath Demo Day 2023 campaign is non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other item, cash or credit. 
  • YouScience reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please check this terms and conditions page regularly for any material updates.
