It is with this ethos in mind that we announce our upcoming “week of rest,” during which our entire team will take a much-needed break to recharge, refuel, and reconnect with what truly matters.

We value our relationship with you, our valued customers, and we want to ensure that you are well informed about the limited support and office closure that will occur during this period. From July 3 to July 7, our support services will be operating on a reduced schedule, and there may be slight delays in our response time. However, we remain committed to addressing any inquiries within 24 hours, despite the limited availability.

On July 4, our office will be closed entirely. 

This closure will allow our team members to fully immerse themselves in restorative activities, spend quality time with their loved ones, and engage in personal pursuits that bring them joy and fulfillment. By taking this time off, we are reaffirming our commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance within our organization.

While we will have limited support during this period, we want to assure you that our comprehensive Help Center will continue to serve as an invaluable resource for you. Designed to empower you with informative guides, frequently asked questions, and practical tips, the Help Center is always accessible, providing assistance even when our support services are not available to their full extent.

The work we do is meaningful, and we are eager to resume our regular support services on July 10, fully committed to our mission of empowering you and enabling student success.
