Frequently Asked Questions
What will be the process for logging into the new platform?
There are two ways to log in to the new Industry Certifications platform:
- Schools that participate in rostering/SSO integration: if you are set up through Clever, Google, or ClassLink you will not need to set up anything individually.
- If your school does not have school-wide integration, you will be asked to set up an account using your school-issued email address.
Will I still have access to my testing data from previous years?
Yes. Reports will still be available that will show all testing data from previous school years.

I am a current customer and need access to Industry Certifications today. What should I do?
If you are an existing customer and need access to Industry Certifications for a standalone (single) exam or post-exam, please reach out to our support team who will be able to assist you. Pre-testing is on hold until the updated launch.
